The hotel is situated in a convenient location, right near a supermarket and facing a golf course. This makes it perfect for exploring the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region and avoiding crowds. The rooms have basic amenities and include dishwasher and cooking facilities, providing guests with everything they need. The staff are attentive and the prices are reasonable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, as they are quite simple and do not always get refilled.

We have stayed at this hotel before and probably will stay here again! We usually travel with a car and this hotel has a great private parking (indoors and outdoors). We love that the hotel has a kitchen and a little balcony for each of the rooms/apartments, we ate breakfast on our balcony every morning. Even if the hotel is situated a good ten min from Antibes and the sea side, there is a supermarket at 2min walk from the hotel. And there are a couple of restaurants next to the hotel, if you don’t want to drive in to the nearest town. There is also a golf course across the road for those how enjoy golfing. But you really need to have a car to get around. Love, love, love that the hotel has a pool and sunbeds..

We were disappointed that the kitchen was very poorly equipped and maintained (The freezer hadn’t been defrosted in a while, and was therefore impossible to use). We had an apartment for 4 and there was 2 glasses, 3 plates and so on… it would also be great to have 2 keys as we were to couples traveling together.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find any faults.

Good parking (garage), the hotel is easily accessible when traveling by car.

Appartment was not clean enough, very poor crockery and stove, so preparing meals was practically not possible, unpleasant noise from fan in the kitchen that could not be switched off in the night, maybe acceptable for just staying over night, but certainly not for a week.

Nice quite place to live for a while with essential shopping facilities in the neighbourhood. Do not expect much more as the place is essentially for students and away from urban centres, but great if you wish to just relax and have a car to move around !

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, enjoying the clean pool and the great view from our room balcony. The hotel facilities are perfect for a low key accommodation, with helpful staff and loads of parking. We also appreciated the location close to shops, with a supermarket and several restaurants just across the road. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to major cities like Nice and Cannes, allowed us to explore the area with short drives.

The parking lot and the free wi-fi; the kitchenett and its facilities are good. The noise isolation is good.

The cleaniness of the room was poor, particularly all the floor and the towel hanger in the bathroom. The sofa bed is not confortable for two persons, even if they are 1,7 m. tall and 68 kg. of weight.

Kitchen fully equipped

No oven, just a microwave. For the lower levels, especially towards the parking lot: no drapes to hide behind without keeping out the light as well; just curtains and shades exist which also keep out the light. The Internet access is often overloaded so that VoIP does not work very well or not at all; a better upstream is needed. The rooms in general should be cleaner.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas time with the family. The location of the hotel is great, very close to the supermarket, nice restaurants, and some touristic places around. We enjoyed the size of the pool and also the laundry facilities, which was quite useful for us to wash our clothes.

Our experience was not so great, the room was very basic, with worn-out amenities, and also not clean. We found some dirt in some corners of the room and the linens were stained.

I liked the location, which was peaceful but still near to the most wonderful cities on the cote d'azur. I enjoyed nature around the hotel.

I was dissaponted about the fact, that staff doesn't clean the room every day and that they don't give fresh towels each day.
